Terms of Service

These terms explain how the OPENCHATBOT service works. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

OPENCHATBOT is a bilingual (Arabic/English) sales chatbot for small business and store websites. It installs with one line of code on your site and replies to your visitors' questions.

Subscription and price

One clear plan: $28/month. No hidden fees and no yearly contract - a monthly, recurring subscription.

Free trial

There's a 7-day free trial, no card required. If you don't continue after the trial, you're never charged.

Payment and renewal

Payment is currently by credit or debit card only, securely via Stripe - we don't accept CliQ or PayPal. Your card or bank details never reach us and are never stored on our end. The subscription renews automatically each month unless you request cancellation.

Cancellation and refunds

Within 7 days of your first actual payment (after the free trial ends), you can message us for a full refund. After 7 days from that payment, it becomes non-refundable. At any point after that, you can message us to stop the subscription from renewing next month - but amounts already paid are not refunded.

Your responsibility

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us (prices, hours, delivery) so the bot can answer correctly. You must tell us about any change to that information.

Service limits

The bot is AI-powered and may sometimes give inaccurate answers. We're not responsible for a purchase decision a customer makes based on an inaccurate reply from the bot.
