How to write a product page that convinces customers to buy

A product page is the moment a customer decides to buy or leave - it doesn't need to be long, but it needs to answer the right questions.

1. Write what the product solves, not just its specs

Instead of just "100% cotton fabric," write what that means for the customer - for example, "comfortable and suited to hot weather."

2. State the price clearly

A customer who can't find the price feels something's being hidden - show the price clearly from the start, even if discounts or offers come later.

3. Answer delivery and exchange questions on the same page

Don't make customers search other pages to find out if you deliver to their area - put that information near the buy button.

4. Use real photos from multiple angles

One photo isn't enough - customers want to see the product from more than one angle before they trust it enough to buy.

A clear, direct product page saves you a lot of messages from customers with the same questions - and a chatbot like OPENCHATBOT can answer instantly any question still left unanswered.
